BaySmith provides repair-workflow software to independent auto repair shops. When your shop uses BaySmith, we send you text messages about your vehicle and your repair — and nothing else.

What you will receive

Your repair estimate, with a link to approve or decline each item
A reminder if your estimate is still waiting for your decision
Approval requests for additional work found during the repair
Repair status updates and parts delays
Your invoice and a secure payment link

Message frequency varies by repair — typically 2 to 6 messages per visit. Message and data rates may apply. We never send marketing, promotions, or advertising by text. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
